Buy finished paintings
Each painting is 100% handmade with high quality materials. Frame, canvas, acrylic, professional grade oil. Using the best materials allows you to save the picture for a long time. When creating a picture, various pastes are used to give volume and texture.

After the painting is finished, it is varnished to protect it from UV light, moisture and dust.

NOTE:
The paintings are handmade, so slight or subtle changes may occur to your painting. It may not be exactly the same as in the photo, it depends on your monitor settings.

Paintings to order
The ability to paint a picture, taking into account the wishes of the customer. If you liked one of the works on the site, I can write you a similar version of the work, since each work is unique, like a piece of art, I am ready to repeat the plot in the size you need, with color corrections and changes to your taste. I can also paint a picture from a photo or according to your own idea. Everything is discussed

The process of ordering a painting consists of:

• Discussion of wishes. There is an opportunity to paint a picture for you in any desired technique, oil, acrylic on canvas or digitally.
• Advance payment of 40% of the cost of the finished work.
• Work on a painting. After receiving the advance payment, I start painting the picture. When it's ready, I'll send you a photo of the painting.
• Framed, canvas. I am sending you several design options that will go well with the picture.

NOTE:
The price of the painting depends on the complexity of execution, size, materials used and additional wishes.

Print on canvas
High resolution and accurate color reproduction allows you to get excellent quality work with color transitions and combinations of any complexity.
Printing on canvas can be in two versions:

• Digitization of the finished work, printing.
• Digital painting printing.

In both versions, after applying to the canvas, I further process the picture in order to give and enhance the desired effect and revive the picture.
Varnish coating. It adds gloss, enhances the brightness of the primary colors, makes the borders clearer. The practical value of processing is to increase the resistance of the coloring layer to moisture and temperature changes. Lacquered canvas fades less in the sun, dust does not accumulate on it.
Applying smears. Textured oil strokes create a feeling of realism of the picture. Pastes are also used to create volume and the desired texture.

NOTE:
Printing on canvas allows you to significantly reduce the time to create a picture, which significantly reduces its cost.

The most modern and sought-after form of art. Creating a painting on a computer using technological tools that mimic the work of a real brush, techniques of all kinds, such as oil, watercolor. Extensive, even endless color palette.
At your choice, the painting can be purchased digitally or printed on canvas.

On this Website you can buy following Services: ready-made original paintings, order a painting according to your individual wishes, buy a digitized painting printed on canvas, buy a digital-art painting. TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions and to condition listed in section PURCHASE and DELIVERY thereof.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which I will not be responsible.
In order to contract with https://arttasso.com/ you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to me. https://arttasso.com/ retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
If your order is accepted, I will inform you by email or other social media services.
When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to me are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
CANCELLATION (WITHDRAWAL) RIGHT
You have the right to reject the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product by filling in the Withdrawal Form and sending it to me. The Withdrawal Form is available here.

You are obliged to return the product to me within 7 days after sending the Withdrawal Form. All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to me shall be borne by you.

You cannot exercise the right of cancellation if the painting is made to your (consumer's) specifications, according to your instructions.

You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercise of the right of cancellation. I reserve the right to refuse you to exercise the right of cancellation (withdrawal) or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by neglecting the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

If you exercise the right of withdrawal after submitting a request and paying a down payment you shall pay the amount to me, which in relation to full performance of the contract is in proportion to the performed part of the contract at the time when you inform me regarding exercising the right of withdrawal. This amount is calculated based on the final contractual price.

Refund, excluding taxes, will be paid within 10 days after the product returns to me. Refunding will be made to the same account.
(A) MY CONTRACT
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between us will not be formed until you pay for the product according to PURCHASE and DELIVERY terms.
(B) PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst I try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur.
The price of the painting depends on the complexity of execution, size, materials used and your additional wishes.
If I discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered I will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If I am unable to contact you I will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped to you and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition.
The shipping rates are based on courier fees determined by the shipping addresses of both the collector and the artist, as well as the measurements and weight of the artwork.

If the customer is not a resident of the Republic of Latvia, then in case of insurmountable differences, the court of first instance will be the Riga District Court, Riga.
WAIVER
If you breach these conditions and I take no action, I will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The above Terms of Service and PURCHASE and DELIVERY terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and https://arttasso.com/
and Tanya Tasso. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective when they are posted on this Webpage.
